Can I cancel my order?

unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

I entered the wrong address in my order, what should I do?

please be careful when entering your shipping address, The Vanilla Intuition will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24-48 hours due to high demand. if you have not received your order confirmation email after 48 hours, please contact us via our contact page.

How can I track my order?

once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Do you offer returns?

I refused my delivery, where is my refund? 

refused delivery will incur a restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. Please be advised that refused or unclaimed orders will not always be refunded.

A product arrived damaged, what should I do?

please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order, via our contact page. please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s. Disclaimer: if the order or any Product it contains gets damaged by circumstances outside of the control of The Vanilla Intuition, such as climate events or the order getting lost by the shipping company, a solution may not be provided.

I received incorrect items/ sizing in my order, what should I do?

please visit our contact page within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at check out. At this moment we do not offer free shipping for physical products. The Vanilla Intuition is not responsible for any extra fees, charges or taxes that may be applied to an order after it's been sent and left The Vanilla Intuition facilities.

I purchased a digital product, how can I receive access to it?

Digital Products have instant access, you should get a download link after a successful payment. You will also receive a copy of the link in your email address (make sure it's correct before making the payment). If you don't get a download link in 24 hours, please send an e-mail to thevanillaintuition@gmail.com indicating the issue. Please keep in mind that Links to Products can only be opened and downloaded three times after purchase, for legal reasons.

we accept online payments via visa, mastercard & american express.

Why was I charged twice?

you will only be charged for what you purchased. if you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. however, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our contact page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

Are your nutrition and training guides tailored to dietary restrictions?

All Products offer a description about the content they provide, and some include recipes for certain diets. However, we do not offer tailored guidelines to any kind of dietary restrictions. Please read our Terms & Conditions and contact our team for more information.
